Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, supporting program implementation, and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee administrative and logistical operations, ensuring timely and efficient support for all departments.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage procurement, inventory, and resource allocation to optimize program delivery.
  • Program Support: Collaborate with program teams to support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support organizational transparency.
  • Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
